I was flipping through YouTube Shorts this past weekend when I saw one from one of the viral sales coaches.
The premise of the video was you must hold yourself accountable to goals.
But the goal he mentioned stuck out to me: “sell 2 cars per day or 200 dials.”
Not the selling car piece but the “desired outcomes” and the “inputs.”
It’s simple. If you reach your desired outcome for the day of selling X cars, the day was a success. If not, you better put in the work by completing the inputs.
Every single job has “inputs” and “desired outcomes.”
There’s a lot here. And it’s simple – put in the work.
