- The Tech Stack is a Product. Your CRM, MAP, and data warehouse should be treated with the same product management discipline as your customer-facing app.
- Marketing and Sales Alignment isn't a meeting; it's a shared data model and incentive structure.
Lately, I have been focused heavily on AI implementation in RevOps workflows. Streamlining lead scoring, automated enrichment, and predictive analytics are where I spend my weekends.
