My word for the year is “PUBLISH.”
And my second word for the year is “write.” This includes journaling, posting to social media, and on my website.
I’ve started and stopped journaling many times. It’s the lowest effort because the writing never sees the light of day.
But sometimes I don’t have anything on my mind to talk about or I’ve already written about what I’m obsessing over for the past couple of days.
