YouTube recommended a video from Sahil about scheduling his day. The video was more of a vlog of his company’s getaway. It was a three day trip.
And a couple of things stood out to me.
- Plan what you want to get out of the trip (the first day)
- Include breaks to get in nature and exercise
- Recap what you plan to take action on (the third day)
Perhaps the most important part of the recap is doing it after a night’s rest. So on the final day after they woke up and before they left, they planned out their action items.
Sahil’s chief of staff made a recommendation of what the plan should be on the third day. Then Sahil gives feedback on the plan. The night’s sleep helps you think more clearly
If you don’t take action in the first week, you will not take action.
