I’ve marketed software to marketers at Clearscope, product and review software to eCommerce owners at TrustSpot, practice management software to therapists at TheraNest/Therapy Brands, and helped take four software products to market at a private equity firm.

Note: I no longer offer hourly consultative calls. They were not as fun for me. I like context and an hour call was never enough to dig deep into problems. And the hour was better spent writing and working on client projects.

I offer two types of services:

Advising

We discuss your goals and what you’ve done in the past. We build a strategy focusing on the outputs required to reach your goals. Over weekly calls, I’ll give feedback on how the strategy is going and assist with any course corrections. I’ll be available for ad-hoc calls (schedule permitting). The execution will be up to you and your team.

Happy to discuss a hands-on coaching/advisor relationship with someone on your team. We’ll keep our weekly calls but I’ll add touch points including a weekly call with your team to ensure the strategy is being executed.

Consulting

I will audit your go-to-market strategy and rebuild it to reach your goals. Consulting agreements include managing paid acquisition, running your email marketing, building partner

  • B2B SaaS: Captured hundreds of emails at <$2/email on Meta with granular targeting
  • B2B SaaS: Improved lead-to-customer conversion rate from 20% to 35% for a $50/mo product
  • eCom: Turned around a failing, unprofitable Meta ads campaign into a highly profitable growth engine (return on ad spend (ROAS) of 200%
